To determine if your account has been inactive for the specified period, we log your login activity, trades, deposits, and withdrawals. This data is used to apply withdrawal restrictions and calculate reactivation deposit requirements (which are obtained from Customer Service as per our Terms).
11.3 Account Holds and Penalty Deposits
When your account is placed on hold due to a policy violation, we calculate the required penalty deposit based on your current account balance. This requires processing your balance data. Penalty deposits are tracked separately as compliance records.
